Since the interview with Dr. Karafin, Pennsylvania Senate Resolution No. 417 was passed. This resolution directs the Joint State Government Commision to establish an advisory committee to conduct a study on secondary school start time in PA.
Dr. Karafin also founded the Pennsylvania Chapter of Start School Later – startschoollater.net/pa.
