With a beginning in sociology I specialized in Human Development and Clinical Psychology at the level of the Diplmate in Clinical psychology from the Board of Examiners. I am skilled in work with children, adolescents, adults and geriatric adults as well as a clinical supervisor and clinician for couples, families and groups. I have been awarded globally for my ability in interpersonal psychotherapy. I teach at Perelman Medical School at the University of Pennsylvania where I also supervise Psychiatric Residents in interpersonal psychotherapy. I founded  The Coche Center, LLC in 1978 as an early female led non medical practice and am active in treatment of individuals, couples families and groups in Philadelphia and New Jersey where I am licensed.
