JAN C. GROSSMAN, Ph.D., J.D., is the Chair of the PSCP Ethics Committee. Jan is a forensic psychologist and a family law and criminal defense attorney who has lectured widely on psychology, ethics and the law. He is a Diplomate of the Professional Academy of Custody Evaluators, Certified Parent Coordinator, member of the Family Institute of Philadelphia and is a Past President and Fellow of PSCP.
Jan’s psychology practice is devoted to any and all forensic issues and any areas in which mental health intersects the legal system. He is qualified as an expert witness in criminal, child custody, civil litigation, and competency issues. As Chair of the Ethics Committee, Jan is available at any time to offer advice and support to any member dealing with any practice issue involving the legal system, the APA Ethical Principles, or the Ethical Regulations of the Pennsylvania Psychology Licensing Board.
