I work with individuals who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, low self-esteem, professional burnout, and challenges with boundaries and relationships—experiences that can often feel isolating and exhausting. In therapy, we focus on strengthening coping skills, developing and maintaining healthy boundaries, gaining insight into patterns that are no longer serving you, building more fulfilling relationships, and increasing confidence and trust in yourself. My relational approach emphasizes a warm, nonjudgmental, and compassionate space where you can feel safe exploring difficult or painful parts of your life.
I provide individual therapy in person and virtually at my private practice in Exton, PA. I also provide seminars on the topic of boundaries for emerging therapists.
