I have worked with people grappling with wide-ranging issues during my thirty years as a helping professional and have extensive clinical experience with anxiety and depression, transitions, identity issues, relationships, family stress (including addictions, violence, and personality disorders in the family), sexual abuse and assault, and grief and loss (including surviving suicide and other traumatic losses). Drawing upon this experience and advanced training in Cognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and other methods enables me to individualize treatment to best meet a client’s unique needs.
