I specialize in working with folks who are struggling with the impact of trauma on their life, whether it's due to chronic childhood trauma, or a more recent traumatic event that has shaken up some of your understanding of yourself, others, and the world. I also work with folks struggling with anxiety, grief, ADHD, depression, and identity issues. My aim is to help co-create a space where you can feel comfortable enough to be your most vulnerable self in order to help you get unstuck, feel better, and move toward living a life that is meaningful and fulfilling to you.
