Kevin Moore, Psy.D., is a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania and has practiced as clinician/administrator in the Philadelphia area since 2005.  Early in his career, he found that providing top quality care often necessitated being involved in the administration of a clinical service.  After working in Tennessee, New Jersey, and North Carolina, he came to Philadelphia to become the Director of the Diana Baldwin Clinic at Philadelphia FIGHT, a mental health clinic nested in a clinic for people living with HIV.  In 2007, he also became the Administrative Director of the Jonathan Lax Center at Philadelphia FIGHT, a medical clinic for people living with HIV. He established the first HIV-specific Intensive Outpatient Treatment program in the Delaware Valley, TREE at Philadelphia FIGHT.  He also helped establish an Office Based Opioid Treatment Program (OBOT) at Philadelphia FIGHT in 2006 as he saw the rise of the opioid epidemic.  Shifting to AIDS Care Group in Delaware County in 2012, he again expanded mental health services for people living with HIV before turning his attention to founding The Center for Integrative Medicine, an OBOT for the entire community, and one of the first Centers of Excellence (COEs) for Opioid Use Disorders in Pennsylvania.  He was an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Widener University’s Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology from 2013 until 2021. In 2019, he worked for Crossroads Treatment Centers, establishing 48 COEs in PA and a variety of OBOTs and Opioid Treatment Programs in states across the Northeast and South.  He founded Courage Medicine, a OBOT and sexual health clinic, that is rooted in Kensington.  He was Executive Director from 2021-2024.  He is currently a nationwide consultant for OBOTs and related programs.  Dr. Moore has played a role in establishing 72 clinics so far in his career.
