Dr. Jeffrey Bernstein is a highly experienced psychologist with over 34 years of expertise in child, adolescent, couples, and family therapy. He earned his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany and completed a prestigious postdoctoral internship at the University of Pennsylvania Counseling Center.
Dr. Bernstein has been featured as an expert advisor on national and regional platforms, including The Today Show, Court TV, CBS Eyewitness News Philadelphia, 10! Philadelphia (NBC), and public radio. He is the acclaimed author of several widely read books, including The Anxiety, Depression, & Anger Toolbox for Teens, The Stress Survival Guide for Teens, Mindfulness for Teen Worry, 10 Days to a Less Defiant Child, 10 Days to a Less Distracted Child, Liking the Child You Love, and Why Canβt You Read My Mind?. Additionally, he developed the Letting Go of Anger Therapeutic Card Deck.

A sought-after speaker and educator, Dr. Bernstein has presented continuing education courses for esteemed organizations such as the Pennsylvania Psychological Association, PESI, and The Philadelphia Society of Clinical Psychologists.
