This 3-hour workshop will delve into the transformative power of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) in treating a variety of mental health conditions. Lexi Mulee, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and is a highly sought-after speaker and teacher for DBT training courses. With an undergraduate degree from Hofstra University and a graduate degree from the University of Miami, she has worked extensively in both inpatient and outpatient care settings. Lexi is the owner and founder of Wise Mind Counseling, a popular DBT private practice in New York City, that offers a multitude of services, including skills groups, individual sessions, treatment teams, and phone coaching.
